These same conditions also apply to most EEC member countries and Switzerland.
Shipments are handled by GLS, or by Post (Lettre or Colissimo), depending on the destination and the products ordered.
Delivery time: approximately 2 to 4 days.
In the vast majority of cases, any order placed at the weekend will be processed from Monday morning, with departure on Monday afternoon, and delivery in mainland France within 48 hours. In this case, you should expect delivery around the following Wednesday.
Returns
What should I do if I don't like the product?
You can return it to us by recorded delivery.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 7 days to return it to us at the address below:

This product will be exchanged or reimbursed (by credit note or "re-crediting" your bank card).
You are responsible for the cost of returning and re-sending the product, unless the product does not correspond to your initial order.
