Delivery
The delivery times indicated on the order form are for illustrative purposes only and delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or claim damages. Any claim for nonconformity or missing must be sent within one week of the date of receipt of the order.
Our online shop is released from its obligation to deliver for all fortuitous events or force majeure. As an indication, the total or partial strikes, floods, fires are cases of force majeure.
The transfer of ownership of goods supplied or delivered is suspended until full payment by the customer and without affecting the transfer of risk.
Availability of products
Our range of products offered on the website are only valid within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you within 48 hours and tell you the wait time for receipt of the product. If you wish, you can ask for the cancellation or exchange your order by calling us or by contacting us by email.
Order Confirmation:
The contractual information will be confirmed via email to the address specified by the customer in the order form.
Product information:
Names and brands and manufacturers are used only for identification purposes. Photos, descriptions and prices of products are not contractual.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Our internet prices are VAT for France and the European Union and other countries for HT.
Method of Delivery:
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form and only on the geographical areas that we serve.
Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons.
Accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of seven calendar days to return, at its expense, the products do not suit him. This period starts from the date of receipt of the customer's order. All returns must be reported in advance to the customer service of the SELLER. The product must be returned to the SELLER'S ADDRESS.
Only products returned are in their entirety, in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except for the shipping and return. Assuming the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the option of requesting either a refund of monies paid, or exchange the product. In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the expense of consumers.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, sarl AUGUSTIN will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within thirty days.

These general conditions are subject to French law. This is for the fund rules as to the rules of form.
In case of dispute or claim, the consumer will apply primarily to the SELLER for an amicable solution.

Under Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and liberties, you have the SELLER with a right of rectification, consultation, modification and deletion of data you have provided.
When selling to a corporation, any disputes concerning the sale (price, Terms and Conditions, products ...) will be subject to French law before the Tribunal de Commerce de Roubaix-Tourcoing.
